scarf, quilt (and nap) in progress

Here are the photos of the gorgeous scarf my cousin Michelle started while she was here, along with some shots of a few of my quilt blocks and a sweet sleepy dog.

Tomorrow I am headed to the Oregon coast for Liz's Your Story retreat and am so very excited about it! Her gatherings have a special place in my heart and are nothing short of magical. Oh, and a little heads up... registration is now open for this one in the fall.

How about you, what are you most excited about these days?

The fabrics are divine as are all of the saturated colors (both in your quilt and your cousins scarf)..... and sweet sleepy puppy.....makes me want to cuddle up in the grass and take a nap myself.

I am most excited today about planting some extra veggies in the garden that I picked-up for half price last night...a poblano pepper, a seranno pepper, and a white squash. Have a wonderful time at the retreat. I think Carrie will be there...please give her a hug for me if she is and one to Liz too. XOXO

Lovely pictures. I am so happy that you are going to Liz's retreat. One day, I hope to hope along to one of them myself.
I am excited about working on a few things and a few meeting coming up.

What lovely quilt squares! I can just imagine the color in the final product.

Sweet sleepy pups in the grass are just the best.
